Freiburg im BreisgauFreiburg im Breisgau

Germany’s southernmost and sunniest large town beckons to spend an unforgettable and eventful stay. An exceptionally beautiful region, a particularly mild climate and a rich range of cultural events await you. The big number of international visitors and students give Freiburg a particularly multi-cultural character.

Allow yourself to be enticed by the very individual charm of this small city and become familiar with the town of alleyways and little brooks at the edge of the road.

The unique Steinwasen Park, which is surrounded by the Black Forest mountains and an abundance of natural backdrops! Limitless enjoyment for the whole family awaits you in Steinwasen Park.

Europa Park

A visit to Europa Park in Rust is a particularly enjoyable excursion for families. You can easily reach Germany’s largest leisure park in approximately one hour by car via the A5 motorway.

From its 1,415m-high summit, you have a wonderful scenic view of the Alps on clear days - from the Zugspitze (Germany’s highest mountain) to Mont Blanc.

Many routes lead to the Schauinsland Mountain but none is more beautiful than that by air!
The Schauinsland cable car, which was built in 1930 and has been reconstructed several times since then, takes the passengers through 720 metres of difference in altitude to the mountain station on Schauinsland in 20 minutes.
